Working to fulfill our goal of being one of the best charitable organizations to work for in Canada, ACE created the Doncaster ACE Team Performance Award to recognize staff members who demonstrate a dedication to building a performance-oriented culture. Thanks to a one-time gift from John Lacey and David Lacey through their family company Doncaster Consolidated, a fund was established to recognize one employee each quarter. This gift also allows for an end of year staff appreciation event to celebrate the collective achievements of the ACE National Office.
