As a faculty advisor, you support, mentor and coach your ACE team, who apply what they have learned in the classroom to researching, developing and implementing educational outreach initiatives, these projects will in turn create economic opportunity in your community. This provides you with the unique opportunity to interact with students who embrace entrepreneurship and who are passionate about developing their skills while helping others. Faculty advisors value seeing students continue their education outside of the classroom, increase their potential, and go on to launch successful careers. Many students involved with ACE, even years after graduation, credit the support of their faculty advisor in helping them reach their goals, both personal and professional. SIFE students and student entrepreneurs not only gain skills and knowledge through their projects, businesses, and initiatives, but discover a vast network of entrepreneurs and business leaders interested in their success. SIFE teams and student entrepreneurs have the opportunity to showcase their school and their accomplishments at ACE's Regional Competitions and National Exposition.
