What is the Student Success Initiative?
The Student Success Initiative, exclusive to ACE participants, will assist students to develop their leadership skills, network with industry partners and provide access to career connections.
Why should you register for the Student Success Initiative?
As a registrant of this program, you will have access to the Talent Community housed within the ACE Online Portal. The use of the Talent Community is a complimentary service provided for all ACE stakeholders.
Donors registered to participate in the Student Success Initiative will have access to the Talent Community where they can develop a profile, establish meaningful connections with top talent and post job openings with the assistance of the Student Success Manager. Students registered for the Student Success Initiative will have access to the Talent Community where they can leverage valuable personal development and employment opportunities, as well as keep up-to-date on relevant networking platforms with industry partners. The Student Success Manager will match students with career connections that pertain to their interests while providing students with the one-on-one support they need to achieve their career goals. ACE is devoted to supporting the development of future leaders nationwide. ACE students are highly entrepreneurial and ambitious, demonstrated by their passion for resolving economic, social and environmental issues through the projects and business ventures they operate in their communities. Donor companies can reap the benefits of hiring a group of dedicated employees who have already attained valuable skills as a result of their involvement in ACE’s programs.
