Toronto, ON (Wednesday, November 11, 2009) - 2009 Student Entrepreneur National Champion, Milun Tesovic - Co-Founder of Metroleap Media Inc. and full time student at Simon Fraser University will represent Canada at the 2009 Global Student Entrepreneur awards on November 19 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Milun won the 2009 Student Entrepreneur National Competition, and a prize of $10,000 cash, this past May at the ACE National Exposition. After beating out his competitors in a provincial and regional round of competition, Milun presented his business achievements to a panel of over 35 top industry leaders who selected his business to be the 2009 national award recipient.
Since 2004, Milun Tesovic has owned and operated Metroleap Media Inc. - a leading provider of music and entertainment content. Its flagship product, MetroLyrics.com is the first lyrics-dedicated site to provide users with the largest database of licensed, complete and accurate song lyrics. MetroLyrics has become the most trafficked lyrics site worldwide reaching 36 million unique monthly visitors, 100 million monthly page views, and is currently the 3rd largest music property in North America. Milun’s latest accomplishment is a strategic partnership with AOL Music where MetroLyrics.com will be the only website providing AOL users with song lyrics worldwide.

Now moving on to the international level of competition, Milun will compete against national champions from 20 different countries. The Global Student Entrepreneur Champion will receive a US $10,000 cash prize, plus thousands of dollars in business products and services donated by Entrepreneurs’ Organization members including web, printing, public relations and consulting services. The Global Student Entrepreneur Champion will be officially announced at the Gala Awards Dinner on the evening of November 19, 2009.
