Toronto, ON (Thursday, November 19, 2009) - Milun Tesovic, Co-Founder of Metroleap Media Inc. and full time student at Simon Fraser University, has been named the Global Champion at the 2009 Global Student Entrepreneur awards held in Kansas City, Missouri on November 19, 2009. After competing against 30 other student entrepreneurs from 18 countries, the Canadian Champion took home first place with USA in second and Singapore in third.
“Once again, our students have proven to be exceptional ambassadors for Canada while at the same time, inspirational young enterprisers for their peers around the world”, comments ACE President Amy Harder .
Since 2004, Milun Tesovic has owned and operated Metroleap Media Inc. - a leading provider of music and entertainment content. The Global Student Entrepreneur Champion receives a US $10,000 cash prize, plus thousands of dollars in business products and services donated by Entrepreneurs’ Organization members including web, printing, public relations and consulting services.
